When packing the controller ensure that it is suitably protected against transport damage.

| Use the original packing and protect it against transport damage. | Enclose: 1. A description of the fault 2. The part of the wiring diagram including the controller 3. The machine parameters (set up, work positions, parameters…). 4. Quotation request for the repair; if not requested the cost will be calculated on completion of the repair. | A detailed description of the problem, to enable a rapid identification and repair of the fault. Remember that a good packing will avoid further problems. |
